Return Policy:
Within 7 Days of receiving a “Controllers Done Right” controller, you may return the controller and receive a full refund under the condition that there has been no damage done to the controller caused by the customer. If the controller has been damaged in some way, the controller will not be eligible for return or refund/compensation, and instead will be returned to the customer with the customer paying for return shipping.

Repair Policy:
Within 14 Days of receiving a “Controllers Done Right” controller, if there are any faults with the controller that have not been caused by the customer, the customer may send back the controller for free repair. Controllers Done Right will cover all shipping costs.
